  • When you place order or register on our website that time you are agree with our all terms & conditions, shipping and privacy policy.
  • We have rights to change all content of the pages or pricing of products of this website without notice.

  • We do not offer any refund or return policy.

  • No refunds for rotten mangoes. refunds only for damage mango parcel if customer send email within 24 hours after delivery with proper photographs or videos. 
  • We don’t accept any complaint after 4 days of delivery related to bad or rotten mangoes.
  • Some times mangoes getting spongy tissue problem so, customer needs to proof with photographs, then they will get up to 4 mangoes amount refunded after deducting courier charges. refunds will get after checking photos which is provided by customers.
  • Grade change difference amount will be refunding after completion of season.
  • Mangoes such types of fruits are perishable items, so you can not cancel order after confirmation.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship all orders from our logistic partner  shipping company

  • Mangoes are perishable fruit so, we do not stock in quantity.

  • We Ship all orders Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on every week.

  • When you order placed for any Mangoes depending on its availability, we ship your order 5-7 working days on every week.

  • Pre-orders would be ship in that specific period depending on availability.

  • Product will be delivered at customer shipping address which is provided at the time of placing order.

  • Weekly Pre-orders customers can change their address by confirming email with orders details.

  • Customers can track order by using courier tracking id on our logistic partner website.

  • If you got any mangoes in damage condition due to courier company handling, just take a picture of that mangoes and email us with fully details like order no. parcel received date etc within 2 days after delivery. We take a decision and refund or replace after review from us.

  • If you got your parcel delay or after 10 days from the dispatched date mention on courier receipt, and mangoes are in bad condition just take a picture and email us with further details. We arrange replacement for that order as per product availability.
